According to the project chairman, "this is a CCTV coverage system that has a remote accessibility & enables connected devices to not only view but pan, snap, zoom & communicate with the camera, hence we are working with the solar 360 degree (alart PTZ) that comes with its own solar panel & backup batteries therefore does not require external source of power." And to note, we are using high quality HD cameras for this project.
